Who We Are

Sanctuary Sound and Organ not only specializes in audio/video and organ projects, but aims to prioritize effective communication, enhance collaboration and create an exceptional project outcome that honors traditional aesthetics and worship practices.

Our Mission

Our mission is to guide pastors and church musicians through every stage of acquiring a new sound system or organ. We serve as a bridge between church leadership and technical providers, ensuring that ministry needs are clearly understood and translated into practical, effective solutions. By closing communication gaps and advocating for the church’s vision, we help deliver the right solution the first time—so that the Sunday experience for your parishioners is clear, reverent, and worthy of the Divine.

Past Projects

Immaculate Heart of Mary Monona, Wisconsin

Immaculate Heart of Mary was a situation that is often seen where there was a set amount budgeted toward improving the organ and a predetermined vision of improving the existing organ rather than replacing it. The sanctuary is quite large and the original 20-rank Schaefer Organ did not have the full capability of leading the larger liturgies of the church year. All pipes were removed, cleaned, and repaired. The chambers were cleaned and vacuumed. Pipes were installed and some light re-voicing occurred. With the partnership of Triune Music, the parish acquired a new custom Infinity Series Rodger's console which included many new digital voices that perfectly augmented the pipe work. Now the church has a proper organ to support it's liturgical life. To learn more about this project click here.

Saint Matthew's
Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Saint Matthew's was an instance where it felt like they were in a bit of a time capsule. The sound system and electronic organ were multiple decades old and in need of complete replacement. In under two years they installed a completely new sound system and underwent the relocation of a pre-existing organ. The organ needed to be moved, re-wired with an SSOS control system, installed, and re-voiced. The sound system included, but was not limited to, an Allen and Heath Qu-Pac rack mount mixer and RCF powered column speakers. To learn more about this project click here.

Cathedral of Saint Bernard of Clairvaux
Madison, Wisconsin

Saint Bernard's was and still is in the process of elevating from a parish church to the new cathedral for the Diocsese of Madison. The old organ and sound system were completely obsolete. The cathedral required a completely new audio/video system and two new historic organ relocations and restorations. The complete sound system includes, but is not limited to, a Q-Sys control system, custom color matched d&b column speakers, and video streaming and monitoring. The two organs include E.M. Skinner Opus 265 and Opus 738. To learn more about this project click here.

Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis
St. Louis, Missouri

Please note that because of Andrew's position as Director of Sacred Music for the Cathedral Basilica and the Archdiocese of Saint Louis, Sanctuary Sound and Organ does not operate in the territory of the Archdiocese of Saint Louis. Andrew provides any council needed as a free resource from the Archdiocese of Saint Louis to any parishes within the Archdiocese. To learn more about this project click here.
